Garrison's Tavern & Restaurant - named to honor the memory of Tim's father, George Garrison - is the fulfillment of Tim's  long-time dream to run a warm, inviting place where family, friends, and the community at large could relax and enjoy themselves no matter the occasion. 

And that is exactly how Garrison's has established itself since opening their doors in December 2008. Great food and great drinks, served by a friendly and dedicated staff. Garrison's ever-expanding clientele comes from all over the Hudson Valley and beyond. Of course, Garrison's is also home to a devoted family of regulars, many of whom have known Tim for decades and longer!

Garrison's daily menu & weekly, seasonal specials are gastropub inspired and prepared by two Culinary Institute chefs: Chef Cameron Gray and Chef Amy Walsh. The beer and wine lists offer domestic, imported, craft and microbrews, as well as wines by vintners from coast to coast. You can enjoy a signature cocktail, or sip something from the fully-stocked bar's excellent selection of top shelf whiskeys - including small-batch bourbons by the Hudson Valley's own Tuthilltown Distillery.
